1. Trademarks. e-2-door.com and the e-2-door cost calculator are registered trademarks of e-2-door, Inc. ("e-2-door"). e-2-door's trademarks may not be used without the prior written consent of e-2-door and shall not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or in any manner that disparages or discredits e-2-door.

2. Metamediary. The user of this site is fully aware of e-2-door's role as facilitator of the procurement and fulfillment process. e-2-door aggregates online shopping and sourcing content, obtains the products ordered, manages the payment transaction and facilitates door-delivery for the user in its role as "virtual" personal shopper and/or outsourced purchasing agent.

3. Title to Products. Title in or to any products shall at all times remain with, as applicable, the merchant or the customer. The passing of title from the merchant to the customer shall be determined in accordance with the merchant's standard terms and condition. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as passing title to e-2-door in or to any products obtained from any third party or obtained from the customer.

4. Scope. e-2-door will not facilitate the purchase of items available online which are not appropriate for acquisition due to value considerations, shipping limitations and legal prohibitions. e-2-door displays the product categories that are eligible for purchase by the user online.

5. Content/Software. All content included on this site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software; and the arrangement and compilation of such content are the property of e-2-door or its content suppliers and protected by Philippine and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of e-2-door or its software suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright laws. The content and software on this site is to be used solely for providing information regarding e-2-door to users of this site. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.

6. Provision of Data. If the user of this site provides any data to e-2-door, whether by using this site or otherwise, the user warrants that such data is accurate and current, and that he or she is authorized to provide such data.
