| WHAT WE OFFER |
| Efficiency |
Consolidated Invoice
e-2-door facilitates the payment transactions of a shopper with multiple merchants through a single payment interface/instruction. In this way, the shopper is able to avoid disclosing private payment details across many parties and has the option to use alternative modes of payment not available through the seller.
Consolidated Delivery
e-2-door consolidates the deliveries of a shopper from different merchants into one shipment. Instead of receiving the orders in different packages and at different times, as is the case when dealing separately with each merchant, the shopper receives only one delivery. It therefore becomes easier to monitor and track purchases.
|
|
| Global Shopping |
Access to Foreign Shopping Sites e-2-door allows its users to shop at foreign sites - even the ones that don't ship internationally.
|
Economies of Scale In the same manner that it provides access to products not available in the local marketplace, e-2-door bestows the price and cost advantages of global merchants to the local consumers.
|
|
| End-to-End Fulfillment |
One Procurement and Logistics Company
e-2-door bridges the gap between the purchase and delivery of products. Since there are no third-party hand-offs, delivery of the "last mile of services" is guaranteed, i.e., it is able to trace a package all the way to its destination.
Door Delivery
e-2-door delivers the merchandise to the specified address, be it the client's home or office, while handling the shipping, tariffs, and custom clearance necessary with overseas purchases.
|
|
| Cost Visibility |
"Door-delivered" Price
e-2-door addresses one of the major issues of cross-border logistics. It discloses the full cost outlay for door delivery - shipping and handling charges, custom duties, and tariffs - eliminating overseas purchase surprises.
Local Currency Conversion
e-2-door provides the shopper with an alternate view of the purchase that displays the total "door-delivered" cost in terms of the shopper's own local currency.
|
|
| Extended Customer Service |
Post-Transaction Communication
e-2-door manages the customer's expectation throughout the procurement and delivery cycle. It regularly updates buyers on the status of their order eliminating the anxiety they may have about the delivery of the product(s). From the point of purchase through to shipment and finally door delivery, buyers are proactively notified through email the status of their order.
Return and Exchange e-2-door answers the "after the last mile" question by following through on fulfillment and later on following-up on product and service delivery. With its online return policy, it hopes to minimize buyer's remorse. A sale does not necessarily have to be final.
|
|
| Single Portal (shopping, procurement, logistics) |
Personal Shopping Link Exchange
As the center of all their online shopping and procurement activities, e-2-door leverages a common brand experience (context) in enhancing all-around site usability, and providing straight-through transaction security and end-to-end service reliability when shopping and buying online anytime, anywhere.
Purchase History e-2-door assists shoppers by maintaining a transaction record of ALL their online purchasing activities done through its browser. Since there are no restrictions on which merchant a shopper can do business with, (the whole of cyberspace is the mall), this is a convenient way for the shopper to keep track of his buying behavior.
|
|
| Secure Shopping |
Electronic Wallet
Shoppers register with and give their credit card number and other personal information (e.g., email address) to just one site - www.e-2-door.com - regardless of which site they want to shop at, for maximum security.
Digital Authentication and Encryption
With e-2-door, shoppers get state-of-the-art security. Each purchase is certified by Verisign and is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
Likewise, another level of authentication and encryption is added on the payment gateway.
|
|
| Convenience |
Procurement Passport
Every time they purchase online, e-2-door shoppers do not have to remember and re-input their contact, billing and delivery information, especially when shopping across several merchants. Thus, eliminating the lengthy form filling that can stop an e-commerce transaction. Also, since e-2-door provides them a single place to store and maintain their personal profile, shoppers are not compelled to distribute their private information across the Internet.
